The Hyperspectral Imaging Analysis System consists of three core components: a light source, an imaging unit, and a data processing system. By utilizing hyperspectral imaging technology, the system enables simultaneous acquisition of spectral and image information from plants.

The system captures the reflected spectral signatures of plants across hundreds of continuous wavelength bands. Through spectral data analysis combined with visual imaging, it enables non-destructive qualitative and quantitative assessment of plant physiological status, chemical composition, growth characteristics, and environmental adaptability.

It is widely applied in agricultural breeding, crop health diagnosis, and ecological research, providing valuable data support for precision agriculture and plant science studies.

Imaging Principle

Hyperspectral imaging technology is based on the principle that different materials exhibit unique characteristics in light reflection, absorption, and scattering. By combining imaging technology with spectroscopy, the system acquires image data across hundreds of narrow spectral bands.

By simultaneously capturing the two-dimensional spatial information and one-dimensional spectral information of plants, the system generates a three-dimensional data cube containing both spatial location and spectral characteristics.

Through advanced data analysis and interpretation, the system can obtain the spectral information of each pixel in an image, as well as generate images corresponding to any selected wavelength band, enabling comprehensive analysis of plant properties.
